I had an excellent experience. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I submitted all my paperwork ahead of time online and I love how they did not ask me to re-do it like other facilities often do. I had a pleasant visit overall. I’ll definitely consider Physicians United for future urgent medical needs. ☺️

Best urgent care I've been to in a very long time. Check-in was super easy and fast especially if you decide to check in online it went so smoothly. Wait time was not long at all. The check-in ladies were very sweet and welcoming and the nurse doing my vitals was also very nice. The doctor was amazing!! Pretty sure her name was Kasiah Edenfield, that's the name on my prescription anyway haha. She was spectacular!! Made me feel comfortable and she listened to everything I had to say and explained my diagnosis in a way that I understood exactly what she was saying. It's been a long time since I've felt seen and heard by a doctor. Most the time it's always rush rush rush check them in and check them out but it definitely was not like that at this office. I will for sure be coming back to this office if I need to in the future. Oh and I forgot to mention that the facility was very clean and the chairs in the waiting room are comfortable and the whole atmosphere is very welcoming and if that doesn't do it for ya, they have a mini fridge with mini waters in the waiting room like what!! So awesome! It's very clear that they put their patients needs above everything else and that's exactly what I like seeing coming from a place such as this one. :)
